The old building, built around 1905 in a very popular location at Bennigsenstrasse 4 in Berlin-Schöneberg, has a total of 11 condominiums. As part of the extensive and ongoing renovation work on the residential building and all condominiums, two new modern attic apartments are being built on the top floor. In addition, the front garden area and courtyard area will be redesigned from a horticultural perspective and a newly built passenger elevator will in future provide access to the condominiums on the upper floors.
