Renovated old building in central location not far from Kurfürstendamm

The old stucco building, built around 1910 at Joachim-Friedrich-Str. 22/23 in Berlin-Charlottenburg, is charming and has a total of 20 condominiums and 2 street-side commercial units. In the past few years, 2 individual attic apartments with their own roof gardens have been newly built and extensive renovation work has been carried out on the entire ensemble and numerous condominiums. In the course of this work, the entire courtyard area was revitalized and horticulturally redesigned. All condominiums in the front building can be reached via an internal elevator. This project is a reference project from our management.
