The old stucco building ensemble built around 1917 at Charlottenbrunner Str. 42, 42a and Orber Str. 8 in Berlin-Wilmersdorf is a timeless, charming stucco building and has a total of 29 condominiums. The entire ensemble is divided into 2 front buildings with a total of three house entrances and an almost free-standing garden house, which is accessed via one of the house entrances. In recent years, extensive renovation work has been carried out on the entire ensemble as well as numerous condominiums. As part of this renovation work, the front garden areas and the entire courtyard area were redesigned from a horticultural perspective. All condominiums from the 1st floor can be reached by elevator. This project is a reference project from our management.
